Booked online 5 hours in advance. Appointment was confirmed via website and text messages for my mother's birthday. We got there and they turned us away and spoke very little English and said there website wasn't working so they ruined my birthday gift for my mom. The woman claimed she had no availability and her website wasn't up to date. Would not recommend. Very unprofessional.
